These days so many things are going on in the Youth Ministry, and we'd love for you to be a part of it! But, how are you going to be a part of it if you have no idea what's going on? And how can you know what's going on unless someone tells you about it? The answer lies in (hopefully) creative information dissemination! Which is great because that's what the Promo Team is all about, (and then some)!

Whenever something comes up, like a special event or GCF Youth LIVE activity, we begin cooking up ways to let everybody know about it, and since most amazing things come inexplicably and without method we all get together and toss ideas around to get the ball rolling. Soon when our brains are all but spent, everyone gets a little crazy and that's when it happens! With a little bit of brain space and a lot of God's grace, a creative idea pops into someone's head and we're on the way to making a campaign!

The thinking is usually the hardest part. When we're done with that, it's all just a matter or using our God given Samurai Art Skills to create posters, flyers, stickers, banners that are in-line with our message. Our (not so) expert team of dedicated volunteers are also in charge of thinking of some awesome promo videos!

When the green light for a video project is given, we cook up a script, round up a bunch of youth to help out and we shoot in and around the city! God's blessed us with some really talented Audio-Visual artists who write, act, shoot and edit and they're the ones who run the video department! The end product is a cool promo video we present during the worship service and to the adults, so they can catch a glimpse of what we do!

The Promos Team is in charge of communicating with you! Our small team of highly capable ninjas and kung-fu masters (that's us!) are specifically trained to get the message across and let you know what's going on; whether it's next week's worship schedule, the latest activities, concerts, sports events, anything under the sun! Armed with a fantastic combination of print materials, videos, webpages and super secret ninja skills we'll get the job done!
